Akoestische isolatiemat van gerecycleerd SBR rubber
Acoustic insulation mat supplied in rolls and manufactured with fibers and granules of recycled SBR rubber bonded with latex adhesive in a hot process. The insulation is finished on one side with a blue textile fleece that protects the rubber layer and prevents dirt from penetrating between the rubber granules. The Roll Line with its distinctive blue textile backing is the result of more than 30 years of continuous research, product knowledge and know-how in the field of impact sound insulation based on recycled car tires. The Roll Line is a further development of the “R-Line” marketed by IsolGomma in 1985 based on recycled SBR rubber for the acoustic insulation of floating screeds. The unique composition of rubber granules and fibers and the specific distribution of the granules on the backing give Roll Line its unique mechanical and acoustic properties. Because the Roll Line can handle high permanent loads (Roll 5: 1500 kg/m³ – Roll 10: 3000 kg/m³), this impact sound insulation is ideally suited under concrete floors.
