Grouttech PolyBond is a modified polymer dispersion used for bonding and modifying mineral mortars. Adding PolyBond improves the suitability of the modified material for thin coats and prevents dust formation on the surface of cement screeds. This saponification stable dispersion based on styrol butadiene has a high solids content and contains no plasticizers. It optimizes wear resistance, flexibility, freeze-thaw resistance, flexural tensile strength and bond strength of cementitious materials and reduces mortar shrinkage behavior.
ImproTop is a transparent liquid that improves the mechanical properties of concrete, cement screeds and mineral surfaces. It increases bond strength and abrasion resistance after curing, while its low viscosity makes it easy to apply to mineral substrates.
