Rubber granules made of recycled EPDM with polystyrene fibers
Acoustic insulation mat supplied in rolls and manufactured with granules of recycled EPDM rubber coupled with a layer of polyester fibers. The insulation is finished on one side with a green textile fleece that protects the rubber layer and prevents dirt from penetrating between the rubber granules.
The UPGREI Line with its distinctive green textile backing is a further development of the Grei Line and combines EPDM rubber granulates with polyester wool. The combination of these two materials ensures excellent acoustic, thermal and mechanical properties. This innovative impact sound insulation is suitable for both dry and traditional screeds. Upgrei is used in floor systems with lightweight bearing floors where there are high acoustic requirements. The Upgrei was extensively tested on both solid concrete bearing floors, pot and beam floors, CLT floor elements and wood frame beam floors.
